How long does the training take?

Programs are custom-designed to fit your organization's schedule and goals. Most engagements run 3–6 months, because real change takes practice—not a one-off workshop. Timelines can be adjusted based on your needs.

Can individuals join without their organization?

Yes. Individuals can join group sessions as personal participants, outside of organizational programs.

Is this church or religion-based?

Chris is offering a free identity training session for anyone in the group who hasn't had a chance to go through it yet. It's about two hours, and we're looking at Wednesday, March 18th.
